The cabin is fully equipped with a pool, hot tub and indoor/outdoor cooking area, as well as sound system, filtered drinking water, ice maker and free wifi to comfortably facilitate a perfect getaway.
Conveniently located near a supermarket, local fish stores as well as popular surf spots, it is the perfect location for a holiday getaway.

Three independent bedrooms (Japanese room, double decker bedroom and a loft) will allow privacy during a group/family vacation.
For Gatherings and Events:

For Commercial Filming and Photo Shoots:
An ideal private spot for commercial photo/movie shoots. Multiple large vehicle parking is also available for free.

Policies
- 10% discount for 2nights stay. Greater than 2 nights discount by review
- Free of charge for children aged 2 and under
- Above aged 3 is the same price as an adult.
- Visitors not staying overnight are charged JPY3,000/person
- Up to 2 Dogs are allowed, for2,000JPY-5,000JPY depending on the type of dog.
- 5,000JPY cleaning fee will be charged per night
Other Charges:
- JPY3,000 per use of Hot Tub. (No bubbles / lights)
- JPY1,500 to use of the outdoor fireplace
- JPY1,500 to use of the ourdoor Pizza Oven
- Foot Massage available by reservation for JPY5,000/hour

Please notify us a week before approximately what time you are planning to arrive so that we can arrange to welcome you.
Free Inspection
We also take appointments for those who wish to visit and inspect the premises. Please contact us to arrange a time when there are no overnight guests staying.
Cancellation Policy
We will request some penalty if you cancel or reduce your number of booking within 7 days checkin.

Booking Fee
We will ask for 10% of booking deposit in advance. Our booking manager will let you know the detail of the bank account.
1. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancel within 2days / 48 hours before checkin no refund.
b. Cancel up to 2 to 7days before checkin 50% refund.
c. Reducing the number of people to stay up to 2days / 48 hours before checkin no refund.
d. Reducing the number of people within 7 days before checkin 100% refund.
2. Arrival / Departure Time
a. The guest is entitled to occupy the accommodation from 2pm on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure
3. The guest is required to register the following particulars on arrival
a. Name, age, sex, address and occupation of the Guest(s);
b. Nationality, passport number, and
c. ID copy (Photo of id will be taken on arrival)
d. Date and estimate time of departure
nb: by law the above information needs to be submitted to the local council authorities
4. Guest Liability
a. Damages caused by the Guest to the accomodation or a third party will require the Guest(s) at fault to pay compensation to the party suffering damages.
b. The Guest and Accommodation manager will confer and decide on the final price for damages payable.
c. The Guest is responsible to be careful around the pool area, also children should be monitored, to avoid downing
d. The Guest is responsible for any injury or death as a result of staying at the Coastal Cabin
5. The Guest shall compensate the Hotel for damage caused through;
a. intent or negligence on part of the guest, therefore please;
b. do not bring any kind of heaters, cooking utensils, irons or dangerous substances onto the accomodation premises
c. do not smoke inside the accomodation
d. engage in any activity that can result in fire
e. use glass outside
6. The Guest agreement to the Terms and Conditions;
a. When the Guest reserves the Coastal Cabin Accomodation, they are agreeing with these Terms and Conditions
7. Noise Policy
a. Iwafune is a quiet fishing village with generations of families. Please avoid making noise on the jaccuzzi and pool decks after 10pm. Many Thanks.

How to get here by Car.
Option1, From Tokyo via Aqua line. (Apprometely 90 minutes.)
After the Aqua line, head towards Mobara direction for 20km and then please exsit at “Ichikawa Tsurumai” junction, for the first traffic light, please turn right and then drive rute 297 to the south towords Ootaki about 10 km and then turn left at rute 465. that will take you to the Iwafune.
Option2. From Tokyo via Keiyo rute. . (Apprometely 90 minutes.)
You can take a keiyo hight(rute 7) all the way and take a Kyujyukuri pipas to the Ichinomita. Please turn left and drive rute 128 to the Iwafune. It will take about 35 mintes.
How to get here by train.
From Tokyo Station.
There is a train called Wakashio (Keiyo line) from Tokyo to Ohara. It will takes apprometely 70 minutes.
Note, Some of the Wakashi only take you to Kazusa-ichinomiya. From Kazusa-Ichinomiya to Ohata is 4 stops with local line called Sotobo-line. See timeline link in below.

From Narita airport.
Please take train from Narita to Chiba station(JR Narita line ) and then transfer to JR Sotobo line from Chiba to Ohara Station.
Note, from Ohara, you can take a taxi to Coastal Cabin, it will be approximately 15 minutes/2,000JPY.
